Work Date:   Second Saturday on January 14, 2012  Immediately following 2:30 PM NOCI Board Meeting.

 

In preparation; please review your Home Group's address lables.  Check your address list of Medical Professionals in your area. 

Call contacts to:   

#1. Inform nearby medical professionals of CoDA's semi-annual mailings.   

#2. Confirm their interests in receiving CoDA Literature by mail. 

         Is the address you have on file still correct?  

        Who's name would be placed on envelop in the Attention of:_____  ???

                              (obtain contact names)

 

Count the number of contacts and forward that count to PatriciaW@northernohiocoda.org.

Spring time mailings involved over 300 addresses.   NOCI needs to have expected counts asap; so it can supply enough phamphlets, flyers, envelopes, stamps etc...to accomplish this CoDA service. 

 

Attend and bring friends.  Volunteers who have attended Outreach session know how rewarding their efforts have been in completing this Task!!!  And, besides there will be refreshments....Pop & Pizza
